“Great snowball place, if they are open. They don't seem to keep regular hours, even if the sign on the road has them posted. Its come up three times now that we think "Hey Chirp is still open for another hour, lets run out" and it's closed with no sign or indication. We have also driven by early, and seen that its sign says open, only to be disappointed. Its also not paticulalrly near anything, so the drive out only to be turned away is really annoying. Cash only is also kind of lame. Be prepared for that. Its a great local snowball place, reasonable prices, and an awesome atmosphere to sit around and enjoy the afternoon. Just a shame they aren't ever open. Their sign usually says noon-9PM, but to be safe I wouldn't go outside of 2PM-7PM. ”
