  The staff is very courteous and professional. The ladies of the MRI are truly kind. The name of Open MRI, is not correct. I've had true open MRIs and this one isn't! I am claustrophobic, and I was unable to last just entering the machine. I started to hyperventilate and broke out in a sweat, not to mention my heart was pounding in my chest. Don't go to this facility if you are claustrophobic!

  Walked in to drop off paperwork, was able to get part of my test right away. Was scheduled for other test promptly. Staff has always been curteous and professional. Heather treats me well. The staff even listen to my jokes.

  Open Mri is great! Thank you to the girl with real long hair and the manager for getting my mri and X-ray done for me today without an appointment. Very beautiful and nice ladies there.
