  CUSTOMER SERVICE PAR NONE!!! I sadly purchased a tuner for my 07 ford 6.0 diesel from a different company, called Innovative Diesel to ask about custom tunes and not only were they helpful in answering my questions and concerns about the tunes but also walked me through on how to setup and configure my tuner BEFORE I EVER MADE A PURCHASE FROM THEM. Excellent customer service!!! I then purchased custom Tunes for my SCT TUNER online after they had closed for business, it clearly states custom tunes would be email within 24 hours of purchase. One hour after they were open for business the very next day I received and email from Innovative Diesel with my custom tunes. I must say I will be continuing business with this company. Ted was one of the gentleman I spoke with and not only was he very helpful but was also very knowledgeable on the products and questions I had..... GREAT JOB INNOVATIVE DIESEL, IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A 10 star rating I would give them an 11......Riley Moore

  Innovative Diesel was recommended to me by Swamps Diesel and I couldn't be more happy. They had trouble dialing in the tuning of my e-99 7.3 at first, but after a few tries, they nailed it. Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians! Highly recommended to anyone who needs their diesel tuned.

  Shout out to Innovative! They bring any slow truck alive and running. SUPER good about tune revisions and the quickest turn around time I've seen. Maybe an hour or not even on getting me a revision. Definitely get work done. They don't say a whole lot or chat you up with B.S. they just get you what you want and very quick about it.
