    They accommodated me as best they could. Price wasn't bad either. Will definitely be returning for future repairs on my car.

    Took my car in because I was losing oil fast and didn't know the cause. I was expecting a nightmare lasting until early next week since I didn't call them until around 10:30 on a Friday morning but to my surprise they had a slot for me immediately. Dropped the car off and received a call about an hour later with what the problem was, an estimate much lower than I was anticipating, and they had it repaired before the end of the day. Overall very pleased with their fast service, courteous staff, and fair prices. Will definitely be going back for future repairs.

    Tom and the employees here go out of there way to accommodate you as you wait for repairs. Keep you up on progress. Respectful to customers here and on the phone. Professionalism like you would want to see and expect from a repair shop. Tom is the manager here and if you were to be a first time customer like I was and not ask him you would think he was a regular employee with a lot of excessive energy. Lol. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Keep up the great work

    Had a flat tire on I-95 north. Luckily we were at exit 100, MD Rte. 272. After putting on a spare, we drove about one mile on Rte. 272 and found Crouch Automotive Repair. Tom (I assume one of the owners) took care of us immediately. Our tire was not repairable, so he ordered a new tire. It arrived in 20 minutes and was installed without delay. We were on our way. The price was very fair. (In a situation like this, you'd expect to be ripped off. But, Crouch Automotive was honest.) Also, they have the cleanest waiting area I've ever seen in a repair shop. Kudos to Crouch Automotive. Highly recommend!!

    I took my truck here to get some basic maintenance done and check out a few codes and funny noises. I was treated professionally and friendly, the staff went out of their way to take care of us and they didn't nickle and dime me. We were charged fairly and there were no surprises. Tom is the manager and he is extremely fair and professional. A good mechanic shop is worth it's weight in gold, this is a good shop.
