    Cute little BnB right on the water. Charming town with restaurants nearby as well as Elk Neck State Park, which was really nice to go see. Good breakfast and hosts. House with a couple different rooms to hang in. We also sat outside to have wine on the dock. All in all a very nice, relaxing stay.

    A well maintained 1928 waterfront B&B at Hance Point on the North East River. My wife and I stayed 2 nights and were the only guests in the house. We stayed in the large Captain’s room with a nice view of the water. Though advertised as a ‘private bathroom’ you do have to leave the room to get to it. The mattresses are FIRM but we slept well. For $12 there’s a water taxi that will take you to the Wellwood restaurant across the river for a nice meal. We also kayaked at Bay Venture Outfitters just an 8 minute drive up the road. Pam & Bob are wonderful hosts and the breakfasts were fantastic.

    The hosts of this B &B are very gracious indeed. Their warm and friendly attitude shows in their beautiful, comfortable home. The scenery off the back patio, of the bay, with all of the many boats and yachts, is spectacular. I highly recommend the North Bay Bed and Breakfast.

    It is right on the water next to a small Marina, absolutely peaceful and wonderful place to sit out on the back yard watching the boats go by and it is also wonderful inside and a luscious breakfast.
