Rick was right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. Instead of selling us a costly new part, he simply rigged the damaged part to work for many more years and was done and gone in fifteen minutes or less. Nice guy,too. Highly recommend .
Rick Came to our house the same day we called. We had a washer that was flooding our house. We called and spoke with Linda. She sent Rick our info. He came ASAP.
First he stopped the flooding. Rick found the issue in 5 Minutes and he had the part on his truck. AMAZING SERVICE!!! :) I was 100% Happy with the best serviced I have ever received from a repair company. I love the local Mom and Pop style The Appliance man has!
