I called Ernie and he asked me to send him photos of the outlets so he could make sure he had the correct replacement parts. In two days he secured the right parts, came over to my house and fixed our problem. He also gave me some tips on how to clean and maintain the unit. His charges were extremely reasonable. They allowed plenty of time to finish the job, as our facility is very cut up and the units were in some hard to access areas. The crew was very professional and very thorough in the demolition, installation of the units, and the clean up process. They were done in impressive time for a very difficult project. The Project Manager worked with us on start up to make sure the units were functioning properly with the existing duct work and made the necessary modifications for proper function.
