Lori and Nikki always have a pleasant demeanor and a smile when I come in. This staff goes the extra distance to ensure that you have a good visit!!
(January 7, 2019, 9:40 am)I went in for a consultation this morning and I was out at ease immediately! From the Office Manager (sorry I don’t remember her name) to Candace to Dr. Cieplak! Everyone was helpful, calming, and just so nice. Although I’m anxious about my upcoming treatment, I feel a lot better.
(October 5, 2018, 4:50 pm)Never thought I'd say, "I love my dentists office", but I do! They pride themselves on customer service and excellence, which I truly appreciate! It feels like dentistry of old in the sense that they're thorough, and don't take short cuts. Try them, you won't be sorry ????
(September 20, 2018, 7:28 pm)I visited Cieplak today and was very pleased. I have a lot of dental issues and bad anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Cieplak and his staff were so amazing. They made me feel right at home and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. They did not talk down to me because of the condition of my mouth or make me feel even worse about it. They were very reassuring and helpful!! I am actually excited to start this journey with them. The words excited and dentist have never been together in my vocabulary! Thank you for excellent service and being a very caring business!!
