  Southernwood did a wonderful job on our siding & shutters. Everyone from the estimater, to the office staff to the laborers were very friendly & efficient. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves & the end result looks great. We would definitely recommend them to others & plan to use them for our next home improvement project.

  I originally contacted Southernwood Roofers for a roof replacement job in July 2018. The rep, Jesse, was extremely professional and explained the process in a way that made me comfortable. I did not get the roof install right away. I interviewed three other companies in the next few months. Although pricing was similar, we just didn't get the professionalism and assurance with the other companies. Jesse and Samantha kept in touch and eventually I met Ralph. Ralph was extremely personable (and he rides motorcycles!). He became my company rep and provided me full service for my roof install. The replacement was flawless... the materials were delivered as promised; the installation team arrived earlier than expected the next day; the job was completed without a hitch; and my yard was cleaned to perfection afterwards. I discovered the company does more than roof installs, so I will definitely consider Southernwood for future home projects. ~Robin Davis

  I enjoyed working with them. The did a great job at a very competitive price and in a timely manner. When I called there was always someone to answer my questions. Scheduling was very good. When there was confusion it was fixed in good time. When I thought I had a problem they cam out immediately and they help me determine it was my chimney and not their roof.
  I'll go back to them for windows in the future.

  Excellent service! Customer service was very professional and updated us as needed in a timely manner. The salesman, Ralph was very personable while maintaining complete professionalism. The roofing crew and foreman did a wonderful job and made sure to clean up all the debris before they finished. I would definitely recommend them.

  Southernwood was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Getting other contractors to give us the courtesy of a reply to requests for an estimate was frustrating. Granted, this year has given us a lot of rain, and that impacted contractors ability to complete work already on their schedule. Southernwood communicated with me by phone or email every step of the way, from the estimate date through completion of work.
  
  We had a roof leak that would only occur under certain weather conditions. I am fortunate to have experience in the construction industry, so going in I had an idea of the problem and the solution. After my initial meeting with BK, he identified the problem and explained in detail the process for making repairs. He provided a proposal within a few days that I felt was reasonable. Now, to order materials and get on the schedule. Once again some weather issues impacted our start date, but their office kept us informed. Once here, the work was completed on time and as promised.
  
  I highly recommend Southernwood Roofing and Siding. Professional from start to finish.
