(August 26, 2018, 4:59 pm)Nice place for a quiet Sunday stroll. There are plenty of birds and turtles to see. When arriving, I didnt notice any signs marking designated parking (we parked off of the main road). It's not a place to take the kiddies to feed the birds, but there is a playground. There was some debris that could be considered concerning (disposable 'cigar' mouthpieces).

(February 27, 2017, 9:23 pm)Got bored on Sunday and decided to go see if there were actually any fish in this little lake. I can assure you that I was surprised when I started casting. Ended up catching 7 bass ranging from 10 inches up to a nice 5+lb one. Went again the next day and caught three more. All released back so feel free to stop by and give it a go. Lots of geese poop but what can you expect from a little lake? Some trash in the water but it could be from a recent storm. Regardless I am hooked and will be back often.
