    Tom was the best. Not only being knowledgable of his product, but he cares about his clients. He's not pushy and forceful. Though his experience, I will be considering furniture from The Sreen Store.

    I was in the store on August 12 and Tom assisted me. He was extremely pleasant, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I was interested in looking at the mattresses and he told me all about the features, and he brought over a pillow to try out as well and told me all about the different levels of pillows. I bought one of the Serta cool pillows and absolutely love it. I had questions about a couple of the chairs in the store and tried some out, he knew all about them and why and how they were designed, NASA rings a bell. I am thinking of coming back and purchasing one of the Norwegian Stressless chairs. Kudos to him, I give him 5 Stars!!!

    Great customer service by both rep's present. Tom listened and almost immediately took me to the model that fit my overall situation (based on tv location, viewing habits and budget) and then proceeded to show me the upgrades from there. No pressure, just information. Got our 75" and will return in a few months for the bedroom 60". Thanks!

    OUTSTANDING! A positive experience from start to finish! Alfred (my salesman) was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly and patiently explained the features of the TV I was intrested in which helped me to make an informed purchase. The install was top notch as well. When it's time to make another home theater purchase I will definitely go to the big screen store in Waldorf and ask for Alfred! Thanks! Paula S.

    I’ve had a great experience at the Big Screen store on Crain Hwy. Go there and ask for Alfred. He has the best customer service skills and he is very personable. He’s going to make sure you’re satisfied. Great overall Guy.
