(May 20, 2018, 4:42 am)I ordered flowers to be delivered on the Friday before Mother's Dayfor my wife's mother who just moved from California to an Assisted living home in Waldorf Maryland in fact less than 4 miles from Vogal's Flowers. Unfortunately there was some confusion concerning the delivery and although Vogal's Flowers said they were delivered on Friday the flowers still were MIA on Monday. Vogal's Flowers were courteous and diligently made a real effort to get correct explanation of who delivered the flowers and who received them for me, as I'm in California. Within an hour of my phone call on Monday morning, although they couldn't find the original flowers delivered Vogal's remade the arrangement even added additional flowers and had them delivered to my mom within hours. My mom was delighted and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the arrangement was. Although the situation started out shaky it ended up fantastic. Vogal's Flowers were professional and courteous from beginning to end. They've earned my respect and future business. I applaud them on how everything was handled and look forward do doing business with them in the future. Gary from California.
