  My husband and I walked into Value City in search of a new couch and we're kindly greeted by a sales associate named Brian that immediately advised us that he would be available to answer questions but promised not to hound us .He was available for all questions and was extremely knowledgeable in all of the store's policies. Brian made our experience enjoyaboe. I highly recommend this Value City.

  I was looking for a nice mirror or picture that would compliment the wall above my sofa. I seen a mirror that I absolutely fell in love with. The size, style, and price was great. It didn't take long to locate help from a sales rep to process my purchase order. There were plenty of sales people walking around offering to help me when I was ready. Everyone was polite. It was a great visit at the store and I got what I wanted!

  My family and I came in looking for furniture and met a great young lady by the name of Savannah Clydesdale, who was amazing. Her customer service skills were great! She was professional, knowledgeable of the furniture and all the financing options available. What impressed us even more she allowed us to make an informed decision without being pressured to buy anything, she even drafted an initial quote to review. Highly recommending all to visit Value City Furniture and don’t forget to ask for Savannah????????????!!!!

  Savannah was so sweet, she helped me cancel an order from Bobs Discount Furniture, which I had ordered a trundle bed, I only got the bottom piece. Which I didn’t know. She took a lot of time with me, made me feel special. She also is very smart about mattresses. She said you have to get good mattress because you spend half your life in it, I was thinking I’ve already lived more than half of my life. But, needless to say I bought the nicer mattress. I deserve it. But, Savannah was excellent in customer service!!!!

  Savannah was my sales lady which she is a very talented individual, I worked with her designing my whole house. She has an eye for creativity. Super knowledgeable about everything furniture. She’s also very personable, and honest. I spent just over 10 k and I’d recommend her if you’re looking to design one room or just a mattress. Just to talk with her if nothing else. She’s a breath of fresh air. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Than you very much.
