“Was there Jan. 2017 for five weeks. Biggest problem I saw was understaffed as far as nurses are considered. I rec'd very good care, physical rehabilitation and nutrition. You or a family member need to speak up with problems. If they had not put me in a wheelchair my 1st day there I probably would have had a longer time in there. I came in not being able to walk and I was scared. I was ecstatic that I could go down to the cafeteria to eat and meet people. Otherwise I would've let myself be room bound. Thank you to many who work there for taking care of me. Also listening when I had legitimate concerns. The PT was top notch and yes 6 days a week, 2 times daily for me. My friend had seen a terrible review here and thought I should not go, but was already checked in. That took a long time and they should work on that some as well. Do not tell someone there will be NO CHARGE to the patient when there is a definite possibility of co-pays/insurance. I would go here again but I have full knowledge of what I would need now. Most of those needs were met. Medication and timing can be an issue, but again you just need to speak up to a Dr., RN, etc. And last but not least I thank my "Guardian Angel" there Lailanie Carlos. She was my biggest hero there. So yes I would go there again. Maybe I had it better because I was in a room by myself. And I would have to insist on that again since I have anxiety issues on top of other things. Thanks Restore I appreciate you all getting me back up on my feet - literally.”
