“The food and service was great. As usually it was busy but we were seated quickly and our waitress was able to serve us within the hr timeframe we had. The only complaint I have is that the gravy is always brought out like warm so it looks super thick and gross. Other than that my food was good just need some salt and pepper. I had the steak and eyes with fried apples and grits and biscuits. I enjoyed everything except the grits and biscuits. My kids had the pancakes and they were amazing. They devoured 3 a piece.”

“Place was a little hidden in the cut in a corner of a shopping center. There was plenty of parking. I came in a Saturday in the evening. Place was not packed. Servers were polite and helpful. We were seated quickly. Our food came out to us on a timely fashion. Menu was clear and concise. I do recommend this place for casual dining.”

The salmon was hot seasoned just right; however the asparagus was (in my opinion) not fresh and cooked properly.???? My waitress was so attentive to me I didn't say anything. “La Tolteca is a very good authentic Mexican restaurant. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I wanted to try a stuffed pepper and asked how spicy hot it was. He told me not jalapeno hot but warm. I picked the 3 pack. 2 chicken one beef. I tried the chicken,,,DELICIOUS! My husband had the other two. He enjoyed them also but ate them before I had mine. He was telling me it was too spicy for me. I tasted it, said no it's good! He told me he was going I wouldn't try it and just hand it over to him!”

The restaurant was very clean and quite. The menu was clear and simple to navigate. Pricing seemed reasonable compared to other restaurants around.The cashier was nice and courteous. He took our order. Overall, the whole process took about fifteen minutes .Presentation was beautiful and very delicious! Very good service. I will definitely go there again .”

“They got the fish and they got the chicken but they ain't got no hip hop. I was lookin for thick bass rhythms to pound my ears when I entered the door, or the menu to have a "tupac" piece chicken breast combo, biggie small fries or even an Vanilla Ice cream milk shake. None of that. Even the TV was on fox news. Those blinking lights in the window got my hopes up for nothin. The chicken was alright tho.”
