    Kassandra was excellent. She was professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. She walked me through setting up my new phone, which I really appreciated. I will definitely visit this location again.

    Kassandra was amazing, I came in from a different store after being made to feel I was a bother, She made me feel welcome and helped ease me into a new phone with no issues, I am going back to upgrade to more phones with her

    I had the post pleasant experience trading my old phone for the Apple 13 Pro max. The representative was very knowledgeable and informed me of savings I would receive purchasing the new as well receiving savings on my existing plan.
    I also received remarkable discounts on accessories for my new phone.
    I was on my way to another Verizon store but I'm glad I stop by the LaPlata store first. I will recommend to my friends and family to take advantage of this excellent deal while they can.
