    Dawn is an excellent trainer she is very patient and detailed, she always lets you know what muscle you are working and she always has an upbeat personality!

    I enjoy the atmosphere and the enthusiasm on the instructor. She challenges you to give your all during the workouts. She keeps the workouts fresh so that you don’t get bored. Plus the variety of called she offer insures that all the muscle groups get a work out. I simply love going to her studio.

    Dawn is an amazing instructor…. She keeps an eye on everyone and helps you to go at your own pace…She is very caring and always has a smile for everyone…

    I enjoy my workouts at DWF. There are a variety of classes and the atmosphere is very friendly. The staff is very professional and results oriented. Thank you for all you do to improve my health and fitness.

    This place is amazing! The owner, the staff, the people, everyone makes you feel like you are a part of a family! You don't feel like it's a race to be better than anyone else...no one gets left behind! Best gym experience hands down!!!
