When speaking with her, you quickly see she has a love and passion for animals and wants to help pet owners with their individual needs and questions. I’m very grateful for her all her help and advice she was able to share with me. I hope Petco recognizes what an amazing employee they have.

They go out if their way to see that you are happy with your purchase and also get your rewards. Great experience every time. Maybe they can teach a customer service class to other retail establishments.
