I visited JW Jewelers for the first time today and immediately sensed they’ll be my jeweler of choice from now own. Great folks and “J” corrected another jeweler’s mistakes with my new Rolex watch band and it’s a perfect fit. I had no apprehension about leaving my very precious to me gold necklace to be repaired and as I told them, all my future jewelry needs will be take care of there. Sometimes you just know when you’re in the right place and dealing with good people! Picked up my necklace today and it looks great. Jay gave me curtesy polish after repairing it and it really shows when I attached the cross and it really shows, thanks again until my next jewelry work is needed!

Working with Jay & Janet was enjoyable start to finish! My husband and I went to them for my engagement ring resizing and our wedding bands. They were so gracious in guiding us through their selections while also honoring the unique designs we had in mind. Even though my engagement ring was from another business, they matched my wedding bands to PERFECTION! They gave us the best diamonds they could find and were so kind in the financing portion of getting our rings in time for our wedding day. We will continue to work with them, and look forward to wearing some of their custom pieces. Lastly, Janet is a GEM :)

They aren’t just looking for a quick sale. They took the time to explain the different types of necklaces and earrings so I knew exactly what I was buying.

I highly recommend going in. Even if you aren’t ready to buy you can learn so much and know exactly what you’re getting when you’re ready to buy.
