“Awesome and quick. I went to D&S because my rearview mirror came off and was hanging by the wires. The Lexus Dealership wanted to charge me $95 ....that was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Then the Toyota dealerships wanted $25-40 (they weren't certain), which wasn't bad, but it was at the end of the day and the car would need to sit at the dealership for 4hrs. Then on my way home, I saw D&S glass company. I stopped and inquired....they charged me $15.....$15!!!!! Did it on the spot. Was done in 10mins and I didn't have to leave my car. He just asked that I not touch it for 4 hours after he adjusted it for me. It's been over a week and everything is still in tack. GOOD JOB D&S”

“I got some curb rash on one of my wheels. Took it in to be repaired and got a quote of about $200. Had to pay half at the time of dropoff and was told it would take up to 3-5 days but it could be done sooner and that someone would call once the repair was complete. After a week, I call several times and no one answers the phone. I decided to just go to the location to figure out what the status was. After waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes someone comes out and asks if I could be helped. I told him what I was looking for and he proceeds to try to locate the wheel. After about 20 minutes he finds it and loads it into the car for me. Wheel looked good. It wasn't until I got home and had it next to the others that I realized the shade was slightly lighter. Hopefully, it won't be noticeable when I mount it. They could definitely have better customer service and follow up.”
