(December 11, 2018, 6:26 pm)Brad and his crew are great to deal with. Customer service is top notch! Case in point. Had an issue with our wood stove. Called them on a Friday afternoon at 4:50pm. Spoke with Brad, he identified the problem and said he would have techs out the following Tuesday. Again, we are in a serious cold snap, I was tickled they could be out that quickly. Came out Tuesday as scheduled and had the problem remedied within an hour. Their techs were friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgable. Seriously can not say enough good about McCready's...without them I wouldn't have a toasty warm house.
