  Highly recommend. They have great coffee with awesome employees and their customer service is exceptional. If your drink is not right, they will remake until they get it right!!!

  Courtney T was so professional and kind at my visit. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. The company definitely did something right hiring her. Definitely will be returning!!

  I came through the drive-thru this morning and was greeted by a young lady named Courtney Thomas. She was so kind and courteous and really got my morning off to a great start with her positive attitude. Starbucks is very fortunate to have such a hardworking member as part of their team.

  I’ve been to this Starbucks several times and my drinks have always been the best and the customer service has always been amazing. What made me decide to write a review was this time they went above and beyond. I ordered from another Starbucks and got on the highway, 10 min later I take a drink and it didn’t taste good. I was on a 3 hour road trip with a toddler and didn’t want to turn around and lose time so I called Cambridge Starbucks and asked for the manager and explained my situation and they were so awesome, understanding and helpful. I highly recommend Cambridge Starbucks!

  Exceptional customer service! The friendly manager helped me with my dietary restrictions and made my experience very enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and made me laugh! I will definitely come back to this location.
