  Everyone at the shop is incredibly helpful. I have been bringing cars to Mr tire for many years and I have never had any issues with the quality of work, or the customer service. They take time to explain what the car needs and show you exactly what they plan to do. Work is completed in a timely fashion and they keep you updated of their progress.

  Awesome customer service. Very friendly and knowledge was able to help me a great deal. Andrew and his team are the definition of great customer service. they were able to have my valve stem replaced quickly and efficiently ! I’ve seen such great customer service from everyone here, with other customers as well too. Very busy place and still great customer service! Kudos to all of you!

  Outstanding service!! Best I've seen in 30 years! We were broke down and they took us in and solved the problem. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very professional and courteous. We were 100 miles from home and they went above and beyond. Replaced the alternator and worked with our car dealership to make the delay in traveling an easy transaction. Truly amazing.

  Not your average car shop — Andrew was very patient with me and took time to explain everything my car needed and the pricing along with it. Unlike other car shops, Andrew showed expertise in all areas and answered all my questions with ease and in terms that regular people could understand without all the technical auto talk. He wasn’t pushy about unnecessary upgrades, but made honest recommendations and made sure I got what I truly needed done — unlike most car shops!! and the mechanics are awesome as well helping when they can and offering insight when asked I would recommend 10/10. Honest workers, great prices, and prompt service! Thanks again,

  Wow! Great place for tires. Andrew the manager was awesome and the rest of the staff at Mr. Tire provided excellent customer service. I was there to drop off my car and receive 4 new tires, mount and balance. Within an hour I received a phone call letting me know that my car was ready and I could pick it up at my convenience. The prices were great and I will definitely will be returning if I need anything else. :-)
