I had an issue with my torque converter disengaging in my 2000 Dodge transmission and also needed a full heavy duty rebuild. Philip rebuilt the transmission and we still had the disengaging issue. I returned the truck to Philip and he stuck with it until he figured it out. It actually was not the transmission after all and he was able to fix the issue for me. He went as far as offering me to use his personal truck if I got into a bind. New tranny shifts better and better every day. That's what I call great service from a small home town shop.
