  Worked with Ben recently on a rental property we were moving out of. He was prompt and accommodating when setting up the appointment on short notice. Upon arrival Ben was professional and thorough, he explained the process and was very receptive to our individual needs.   Ben exceeded our expectations! The carpet in our downstairs had some stains from the previous owners but you wouldn’t know that now. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. He taught us about his process and didn’t try to up sale, he truly cares about his customer. We will definitely be recommending him to others and be using him in the future.

  Ben did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my carpeting. This young man is the first that I've ever met who actually cares deeply about his customer and the customer satisfaction! He came in and took the time to clean my carpeting where other carpet cleaner refused to go. He cleaned under my big bed. He took time to clean where the sofa was sitting. He moved the sofa! He cleaned! There is not one iota of carpeting that this young man didn't clean to the max! I will have been come back to clean my carpeting from now on! He is the most honest thorough and informative service provider ever to come in my home. He is completely trustworthy. If you have any doubt about any company to clean your carpeting, erase that doubt and call Ben! You will not be sorry!

  11 year old carpet looks great! Ben is a down to earth guy who really cares about the customer. He made recommendations like it were his own home, not just out to make a buck. Helped remove pet odors and toddler stains!
