We are new home owners of a previous rental property. With no knowledge of the last cleaning/maintenance on the fireplace, we went with a Level 2 inspection.
They cleaned the unit and also clearly explained anything that could be a concern in the future.They also provided us with copies of the invices and pictures promptly.
Lastly, they didn't try to sell us on any bogus damages! We will be using them every year from now on.
