(October 9, 2018, 11:00 am)Just used them for the first time & I will be using them whenever I have an issue from here on out. They are the most professional & friendly shop I have ever delt with. Another shop that I used regularly quoted me $1400 for what I thought was a minor repair. I was going to get the work done, but it just didn't feel right, so I consulted Blue Ridge for a second opinion. They took me out & showed me IN DETAIL, everything they found that was an issue & found that I didn't need over 90% of what the other shop said. That $1400 bill, turned into only $157. The issue ended up being something caused by the other shop, that was easily corrected. Car is running fantastic & I couldn't be happier. Will be a long time customer from here on out. Thank you guys so much.

Not only were they knowledgeable and presented information quickly (asking permission regarding repairs and replacements along the way), they also went to great lengths to accommodate to my schedule and conflicts.
