    I went to the Hive today for some hot coffee and something sweet. Unfortunately for me there were too many choices. My husband and I shared the coffee cake and apricot scone, both delish. The chocolate brownie cookie was so soft and tasty.
    My daughter loves peanut butter any, so I got her the peanut butter cookies with chocolate filling. It my not make it back to VA.
    I also picked up 2 loads of love, I mean bread. One pretzel and one baguette. Plan on making french inspired sandwiches for lunch tomorrow.
    The couple that was there were awesome and very helpful.
    We will be returning very soon.

    We love this bakery! The macaroons are out of this world and always rotating delicious flavors with beautiful colors/decorations. The chocolate walnut chubbies are the bomb - they taste like the edge piece of a chewy brownie. And their packaging is super cute and makes it easy to gift a treat!

    Sally and Rebecca run an amazing bakery! They have great options, even for gluten free peeps. They serve great coffee from Stageline Roasters. Two thumbs up!

    Just got a cinnamon roll, heated for about 20 seconds and absolutely delicious! Will definitely be back for another!

    I visited the Hive Bakeshop and loved my experience. They were so helpful explaining all the items in the shop on my first visit. I especially enjoyed the scones and pound cake. I really enjoyed how they have samples for some of their more exotic flavors which made me want to buy even more. Not sure about the comment about being too expensive - I thought everything was reasonably priced.
