    I love this campground on the Potomac River. The staff is incredible, I just wish they would fix the road into the campground, very rough and can tear your vehicle up. Go slowly!

    We had a wonderful time camping there. They keep the bathrooms clean, a great boat ramp, rent boats too. Very friendly staff! Great if you want to fish or do some clam hunting.

    The campground is between the C&O canal and the Potomac river, very scenic, convenient to Brunswick, good hiking and biking. About 40 min by bike to Harper's Ferry. It is near a train yard, but that was a plus for us, with boys who are rail fans. If you have an RV you won't notice at all.

    When it doesn't rain for 2 or 3 days straight, this is an awesome ,friendly ,place to camp. Love being right on the river with kayak access upriver,downriver, and at the campground. Dog friendly too! If I could change anything,I would make the camp store a bit bigger,and maybe carry a little more camp stuff. Other than that...AWESOME!

    Everyone that works here is so friendly! Trains were not that bad the Saturday night I stayed in the Nottingham Woods area. Nice launch area for water activities. On-site store that has anything you may have forgotten including life jackets and watershoes.
