Not only do they have amazing coffee, but it is one of the most friendly and and inviting businesses I have ever visited! Comfy chairs, a great light fare menu, friendly staff and even small gifts available for purchase by local artisans make Dublin Roasters a great way to spend an afternoon! The coffee is roasted onsite, and the owner will even show you how it's done. My favorite little "perk" is when I order an iced coffee the ice cubes are made from coffee. What a brilliant idea!! My drink never gets watery, so the last sip is as wonderful as the first!

(January 7, 2019, 5:40 pm)I order the soup with grilled cheese sandwich. It is fantastic everytime! The coffee and tea tastes great. Today I tried the cream cheese danish...to die for! The atmosphere makes everyone feel welcome. I wish I could come here more often!
