  So thankful for the exceptional service and kindness from Chesaco.
  
  Our family of 6 was traveling through Maryland on our way toward home in Texas. Our travel trailer (under warranty) had a major mechanical breakdown in Frederick. We were told by a local that Chesaco was the place for us to get help. We were facing a 2-4 week delay in the middle of our vacation while waiting for a replacement part from the manufacturer. This was very stressful. Thankfully, the good folks at Chesaco went above and beyond and found a solution when we were sure that we were out of options. They got us back on the road in no time, keeping us from being stranded as well as saving us from huge hotel costs. We were speechless.
  
  If you are reading this review and trying to decide if Chesaco is the right organization for you, we can fully attest that they are. Their management and entire team care for their customers.

  Great staff. Very friendly and helpful not pushy. Selection is good and on the spot financing made an easy transaction.

  UPDATE: 9/29/18
  We decided to buy our Rockwood from Chesaco.
  Our demonstration time was at 9:30 - We arrived at 9:15 and much like a doctors office we were seen at our time!!
  George took us through our unit and we couldn't be happier. Tommy Jordan ran us through our paperwork and Josh shook our hand as we drove off.
  
  You don't find this kind of attention to detail anymore!! This is the way that business should be conducted!!!

  Haven't bought one yet but these guys are great. The General Manager took time out of his day to personally answer the questions we had that the saleslady didn't know. In my humble opinion, this place is amazing and we will be buying very soon from Chesaco!!

  Chesaco RV was great to work with. Their sales team and management were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Darius was friendly on our first visit and provided a lot of information including brochures of different floor plans. Once we decided on the camper, the prep team gave us a thorough walk through of its features and systems. Everyone stayed late to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Sam was awesome when we came back to pick up our new travel trailer. She helped get us hooked up and answered all of our questions before we drove off the lot. All of the units were open to walk through and we appreciated the pressure-free shopping experience. We left happy campers!
