  I've had upper back/shoulder pain for years since being in the military. I had been trying to do everything I could with the VA but it was pointless. Dr. Funk heard my story and helped me tremendously. The pain that use to be a constant 7/10 has diminished to little or no pain at all. Rehab 2 Perform did more for me in a matter of weeks than I expected possible. All while I was still waiting for the VA to set up my first PT appointment. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know about how great this company is. It has seriously changed my life. Thank you for everything Dr. Funk. ***Military brothers and sisters Rehab 2 Perform does accept Tri Care!!! So you have no excuse! Go!!! You won't be disappointed.

  Rehab 2 Perform is much better than any other physical therapy I’ve gone to. Everything is explained to you and you are given a detailed plan to do at home. I felt improvement after just one appointment. I was treated by Dr. Jarred Boyd and I highly recommend him, especially if you are a runner

  Professional, interested, hands-on - there aren't enough positives to fit into one review. Rehab2Perform is the place to go if you want personal assistance to get back to your best. They are excellent communicators & care about each individual who walks through their doors.

  This place is awesome. Jared and Cam were great to work with. They always asked how I was feeling and made sure I understood everything they were telling me. I actually looked forward to coming in. Every single person from the moment you walk in greets you with a smile and welcomes you. I left there good as new and actually better then when I started.

  My experiences at Rehab 2 Perform (R2P), specifically with Dr. Jarred Boyd DPT, were excellent! I have run track and cross-country throughout middle school and high school. Over the years I incurred multiple injuries and was treated by multiple physical therapists and chiropractors. While some of these treatments were helpful, they all seemed pretty much the same: appointments for months, crack a few joints, do a couple odd stretches, and most of all, keep coming back for more appointments.
  
  Treatment at R2P however, really stood out to me. Jarred was open-minded, friendly, and understanding as I explained my issues and treatment history. He demonstrated his knowledge of the field and running by adequately assessing my problems and targeting the areas that needed to be strengthened. Unlike previous physical therapy treatments, I wasn’t given a long-list of stretches and weird motions to complete at home. Jarred gave me exercise routines that challenged me and not only helped in the rehab of my injuries, but also helped to increase my running performance. Jarred wrote up a dynamic treatment plan including detailed exercises designed to strengthen and improve my injured and weak areas as well as improving my overall performance in the future spring track season.
  
  If you are an athlete, and especially a runner, I highly recommend Jarred and Rehab 2 Perform.
