(December 28, 2018, 1:10 pm)One Life North Fredrick is the best gym in town. And I’ve tried them all. This review is about the Kids Club of One Life North Frederick. My kids, now 5 & 7 have been going here since they were born. They love going to the gym. They also love to do Parents Night Out on Friday/Saturday nights. Nicole and her Kids Club team are amazing.

(September 1, 2018, 11:15 am)Chris Campbell and Explosive Performance have been fantastic. Our teenage son has been training with him for the past 5 months. Chris focuses on foundation and proper technique to ensure those in his classes are learning safely and properly, but also pushes them to grow, learn, develop, and gain strength both physically and mentally, all while having fun. Chris’s training was an integral part of our son making the high school soccer team for his freshman year. We highly recommend Chris and look forward to our son’s continued development under him!

(August 17, 2018, 10:33 am)I was so blessed to have found Onelife Fitness. The employees and trainers are so cordial and willing to help in anyway they can. The gym itself is very clean. The equipment is always in great working condition. I just love my trainer, Lisa Burdette. I owe all my success to her. She helps me with my workouts and diet. Lisa has shown me the importance of working activity and diet together for my health and well being. She has such a positive attitude. When I am down about my weight or reaching my goals, she is always encouraging. Lisa is always suggesting little changes or corrections to turn everything around. I leave every workout session with a feel great "CAN DO" attitude. Thank you Lisa. esp

(August 16, 2018, 8:22 pm)Love Onelife North Frederick club! They are always cheerful, helpful and make me feel like family there! The facility is always clean and welcoming. The availability of a huge variety of equipment, machines, and classes is amazing.
I have been participating in the Explosive Performance class for over 3 years and it is one of the BEST things I have chosen to do! The workouts are challenging and the benefits are outstanding. Coaches Chris, Sean, Q, Erin, and Calvin encourage and motivate us to put our all into each and every workout, coaching on proper technique and style. They too are amazing!!! So knowledgeable and professional!
