    My washing machine broke last night, going into a weekend. Wasn’t sure if it could be repaired or not, but I️ felt very confident after speaking with Don’s mother. I️ almost spent $600-800 on a brand new machine! Don was out within an hour of my call that SAME DAY and fixed the repair right away costing me $105. I️ am so thankful that I made the call and am very confident on using their services in the future. Please don’t hesitate...Thanks Don and Mrs. Johnson... you have made my day :)

    I cannot say enough good things about Don's. We called and left a message two days before Thanksgiving (we left the message around 9pm) Don's mom called us back at 8am the next morning, and she was polite, friendly, and patient while I tried to find the model of my refrigerator. She explained everything to me and scheduled the appointment right away. By 9am, Don was here to look at my refrigerator.

    He took one look and knew exactly what was wrong. He had the part on his truck and was able to repair it right away. During the repair I was making Thanksgiving dinner (prep), and we chatted back and forth. He was nice and we had a great conversation.

    The repair went quickly, and our freezer runs great now. The price was much lower than I expected, too. Honestly, if one of your appliances breaks down, don't rush out and replace it. Give Don's a call and let them fix it- professionally, with friendly service!

My oven was not working ... he pulled it out , took apart, said it was not heating element.. then took a computer board from back of control panel, found where it was broken ... went to truck, got part and fix on spot.
