  I worked with Sally Barret in buying my car. It was easily one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. It was quick, low pressure, professional and easy. I got a great car at an extremely fair price. I would recommend that to anyone.

  I took my Audi A4 in for my regular 6 month service. I had to drive an hour to get there, but once I did I was treated with outstanding customer service and I really appreciated it. All members of the sales & service team were extremely nice!

  Drove 1 1/2 hours from Newark DE to look at a truck. Greeted right away as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone is extremely friendly. Lisa, my salesperson was amazing!!!!! Definitely worth the drive to them for sure. I highly recommend Krietz Auto to anyone. I did shopping around for the past 3 months and honestly I couldn't find a better deal on a truck. Definitely give Krietz Auto a look as you are shopping around. Also as a side note here, all trucks that they sell lifted and with tires and wheels have all work done there. Trucks are not sent out to be lifted.....they do the liftkits there on site!!!!

  I recently brought my car into Krietz Auto to get new tires and an alignment done. Phil was super helpful and made the experience so positive! He researched a variety of tire brands to make sure that I got the best quality within my budget. In addition, Krietz Auto was very accommodating, and I was able to bring my car in the next day. It's so nice having an auto shop that I can trust. I highly recommend!

  We purchased our vehicle here in later July. The sales process was great. The people are super nice. We just had our first service. The reminders from Krietz, the scheduling process, the service process and their team have all been top notch so far.
