  The purchase and installation of our KitchenAid double wall oven was excellent from start to finish. The Black Friday sale price was the best around, Mr. Stone, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and very transparent about installation costs, dates of field visit and installation. In short, they delivered what they promised. The salesman, the field measurement guy, and the installation guy were all very professional. We are satisfied with our new oven and I would enthusiastically recommend the Frederick store to anybody who wants a smooth, stressless appliance purchase and installation.

  Knew exactly what I wanted. Never even drive to store. Did while transaction by phone. Very easy. Installers were great. Wanted a positive experience with no problems, no issues, no aggravations so went with them over big box and that was exactly what I got.

  I cannot say enough good things about Bray and Scarff. My previous impression was that they were overpriced. Not so. And their customer service is outstanding!!! Their on-line chat was better than their competitors, and Sharon Foley at the Frederick store, went out of her way to keep me informed of my purchase and delivery. She really went above and beyond. From now on, all my appliances will be purchased at Bray and Scarff, and my friends will be too!

  This October I made my second major appliance purchase through Bray and Scarff. Jeff Manasse made it a very simple one. I explained my wish list, and Jeff guided me through the options in the store and what was available to order. I ended up with a sleek Jena-Air. Jeff made sure all the paperwork was in order and really tried to expedite installation for me, since I was about to have a houseful of guests in a few days with only a drink fridge available. It was installed at the first possible time that qualified technicians could come once the unit arrived. He checked with me on several occasions, and a week post install. There was a minor problem with a panel, and the replacement was also expedited. I am thrilled with my purchase and the salesman was not only knowledgeable but was very hands-on throughout the process. I will definitely return to B&S if I need other appliance purchase. Very happy with overall experience, product, and installation.

  Researched dishwashers and narrowed down to 2 brands. Visited this store to look at the appliances in person. Staff were very friendly, helpful, answered all questions. Decided on a KitchenAid, on sale plus received 3 rebates. Pleased to learn that they provide own repair service if needed. Dennis (sales), Alan (delivery/installer) and Jake (asst. mgr) were great to work with.
