We had such a great experience buying a car, we went back 2 months later and bought a second one from them. The associates really try to make your experience as easy as possible, and when you do decide to buy a car, their detailing shop does such an amazing job, it looks like new! It will amaze you how awesome they are. This CarMax takes a lot of pride in their dealership and it shows in the experience you will have.

I found the vehicle with the options I wanted in like new condition at a price that was fair. The Frederick CarMax online listing was 100% accurate and I went in for a test drive. Phil, my sales consultant, was great to work with, knowledgeable of the vehicle, and in getting everything in order for the paperwork. Best of all, the process was extremely efficient and did not require the misery and back and forth games that can take hours and hours like the typical car dealership. I would return and recommend the Frederick CarMax to others.

This time I decided to give CarMax a try and do not regret my decision. My salesperson heard my desires and worked with me to find my best match. When I began to feel overwhelmed he slowed down with me and helped me work through my concerns. Abosolutely great experience.

(January 4, 2019, 12:33 pm)I absolutely love CarMax! The CarMax experience never disappoints! I just bought my 6th CarMax car, a 2016 Ford Escape! My salesperson, Vincent J La Scola from the Frederick CarMax was so awesome! He was kind, patience and demonstrated superior customer service! I have been to several of the CarMax locations for my previous purchases, however my new favorite CarMax location is definitely the Frederick, MD store!
