  My whole family stayed here for the weekend, for a wedding, and it was fantastic! Pat and Kirk were simply amazing, accommodating and friendly, great hosts. The breakfasts were delicious, the whole house clean and comfortable. This was the best place I have stayed in a long time and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

  My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfasts are generous and delicious and the owners are talkative and friendly with lots of recommendations for the area. Big comfy rooms and a big gorgeous porch.

  Stayed here for two nights. Pat and Kirk are so nice, and their daughter as well. Everything was perfect. The entire place is meticulously clean and well appointed. It is NOT a dusty old bed and breakfast; it is a beautiful Victorian that looks like it was completely renovated with extreme care to preserve original Victorian styling. As a result, you get the charm and beauty of an old house but with clean, bright cheerfulness. The owners are not overbearing, so you do not feel awkward; they are genuine and cheerful! The garden is fantastic, and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the quiche!

  Would highly recommend Frederick Inn for your next overnight getaway, corporate retreat, or event. The home is beautifully appointed and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, but what makes the experience are Pat and Kirk, the owners and ultimate hosts. You won’t regret it!
