I went here back in 2015 I was trying to get my life together and change my life for the better my medical records in there so I wanna get that along with my dental and other medical records for the better I know it something I couldnt handle but yeah in my name and the rest is all that matters.
I went there four times.. Staff was amazing, caring, and just kind. Therapists and Doctors were there when you needed help.. The one thing I didn't like was the "levels"... The have different levels. Level one you did basically nothing... Level two got to do some things... And Level three got to do a lot more than other levels. I went there for depression, and it was pretty good.
