Their consistent attention toward injury prevention is helping my kids build an excellent foundation for a lifetime of physical fitness and participation in sports.

My 11 year old son, Gavin, looks forward to every workout and has grown so much - on the field and off - due to the coaching, mentoring and personalized training he gets twice a week. He is confident, aware and excited. The staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We could not be more pleased.

My 14 year old son joined to train for baseball and seeing how friendly, motivating and encouraging the staff is made me want to join as well. I am so happy that I made that decision because I look forward to going in every week! Such a good group of people, both the staff and all of the other people working out. Everyone really does make you feel like you are a part of their family. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
