    Lovely hiking, running and biking trails along the Potomac River. Lots of cool shade on hot summer days, too!

    I love coming here to walk the dog and to bike. It's cooler in the warmer months and the trail is shaded.
    More could be done to mark the creek culverts. They can be difficult to see when the weeds are overgrown and it's about a 10 foot drop to the bottom.

    Great place for running, hiking, biking, there is a boat ramp here. great for nature hike. It is also have an active train railway. Just FYI.

    Nice views of the Potomac River. You can follow the trail up and down most of the east coast walking right along the edge of the river. Quiet spot to hang out with just you and your thoughts. They also have a small parking lot which is free!!
