  Always have a good appointment. Staff is always prompt and accommodating. I drive an hour to get here. It is well worth the drive. I always highly recommend your service.

  Very happy with the service at New Market Animal Hospital. Since we left our last vet. almost 2 years ago and my Toby has not gotten sick. He gets his percoten injections every month and he in excellent health. I recommend anyone that has a dog with Adison's decease to visit Doctor Chad.

  UPDATE: the doctor called me in person and tried his best to resolve the issue, he also reimbursed the cost of the services and assured me that the office faxed the doctors notes to the insurance which works for most insurance companies, he said they had no right to decline the claim, he promised he would contact the insurance company, I am very pleased with this attitude, looks like the insurance company is a problem here
  
  ORIGINAL STORY: The following is as of Summer 2018. This clinic doesn't have practice to give you doctor notes, only the invoice, so when you file the claim to your insurance you only have the invoice from the clinic. Turns out that the invoice alone isn't enough to process the claim because the insurance needs doctors notes. So insurance agent calls the clinic and ask them to provide the doctor notes, but according to the insurance the clinic response is: we cannot do it because we don't have a scanner to scan them. So the insurance doesn't get the doctors notes and turns down the claim. The following I had to do on my own: 1. call then insurance and figure out why the claim is turned down, 2. call the clinic and ask when you can stop by and get a copy of doctors notes, 3. you go there and you get a paper copy of doctors notes, 4. come home and scan it, 5. file the scanned doctor notes to the insurance, 6. but the claim is still declined because the agent missed your documents that must have been provided by clinic in the first place,
  
  so the claim ended up being declined anyway
