Lake Linganore

From the time I was looking for an apartment till move out on 4/7, I’ve had an excellent experience. The apartment is well laid out, the maintenance schedule is well coordinated and any trouble tickets have been handled very well and coordinated with best times. The management staff is always polite, reliable, and knowledgeable. In the year I’ve lived here my neighbors have all been awesome and the ground’s always clean. Organized activities and food trucks are a lovely perk.

I have been SO happy with the new management company for Lake Linganore Apartments. On Christmas Day, I could not have been more impressed by the maintenance team and their continued efforts. After a long night of busted sprinklers from the cold snap, Christmas day cold also busted a pipe next door to my apartment. Within minutes the maintenance supervisor was in the building and offering support. Within hours the restoration company was on site with dryers and ripping out drywall! It all operated smoothly and one would never realize it was a major holiday! The next day, the supervisor was once again in my apartment to check on us and they have been in my neighbors apartment every day preparing for the tenant to come back. I've heard nightmares about apartment communities and the lack of response and run around from leadership...not here! I'm beyond thankful to be in such a great place! Check us out and be my neighbor!!!

This place is beautiful! I moved here with my two daughters after my divorce and I was nervous that nothing would feel like “home” to them after one had a pretty decent living space for a bedroom and the other having lived in our basement that had its own bathroom and entrance. It’s definitely different moving from a single family home/townhome to an apartment but our transition was smooth. Carmen in the leasing office is the absolute best! She gave me several ideas about how to place my furniture in my unit when we did our tour as I was worried some things wouldn’t fit. The amenities are top notch and the grounds are very well maintained, AND the apartments are absolutely gorgeous! We love our new home. From the staff at the office to the people in the community, everyone is so professional and courteous. It’s definitely the BEST apartment community in Frederick hands down! Love, Love, Love it here!!

I’ve been living here two months. Overall it has been a positive experience.
Signing the lease and all other paperwork was completed online and was fairly easy.
The front staff office are very helpful and courteous, they have gone out of their way several times to help me with logistical requests. Both maintenance requests I submitted were resolved within 24 hours. The maintenance manager has been very helpful.

The amenities are very nice. My apartment is in perfect shape. You can hear noise from other apartments, but no more than previous apartments I’ve lived in.

They transitioned to a new management company just as I was moving in. There have been a few bumps in this process, a lot of which has been resolved.

There has been a number of emails detailing what we are not allowed to do and the penalties if we do. Not much else in the way of communication.

The rent and utility fees are very expensive for the size of the apartment.
