(November 15, 2017, 8:18 pm)I've been taking my '09 GTI to them for ~2 years now, so it's about time I gave Deutsch American a proper review. I tend to do most of the smaller repairs myself, but when my car requires a more involved and/or important repair, I'm so glad that I was fortunate enough to find this shop. I first found them because they were one of the only shops who allowed me to provide my own parts. The staff are genuine people who truly care about getting you back on the road. Everyone always seems to actually be happy to be there. The service fees are, easily, a third of the dealership's cost. I have never had an issue with a single service performed on my vehicle. In a time where companies seem to only care about their bottom line, Deutsch American really does stand out against the rest. I highly recommend this shop for your European repair needs.

Price was $700 less than the dealer because the dealer added labor on each item "separately" instead of bundled. The technician, Eric knew his craft in and out - honest appraisal of condition and straight talk. Go here!

(July 25, 2017, 3:09 pm)We have taken both our Mercedes Benz C-230 and BMW 335 IX here for years they are honest, perform great work and deliver what they commit too. Only recommend what is needed, when it is needed and have kept both of our cars running problem free for years. Plus they are very straightforward when discussing any problem you may have, really nice people to interact with.
