  I never write reviews... ever. But with the service Heavenly Days provided, I couldn't not give them a great review! I was an emotional wreck when my dog was taken and put down. It was a horrible situation for everyone. They knew how torn apart I was from the minute I called them to the day I went there to say my final goodbyes to my baby. I loved how they take a sad and horrible situation and try to brighten it up. They make you feel like even though you have lost a special member of the family they are always right there with you. Other places charge you extra for pick up boxes, shipping... Its ridiculous. They just send your dogs ashes in a bag. Heavenly days makes it easier to cope with your loss. They pick up your baby, do the cremation and the boxes that are included in the price are wood and they are beautiful and they carefully ship the ashes to you. They really do love taking care of people going through a hard time. Thank you Heavenly Days.

  I took my 20yr old dog to Heavenly Days the day after she passed, immediately when they opened. The worker there was quick to greet me & even offered to help me carry her in. I hadn't done any research prior so she sat with me & explained my options. The dog & cat on premises are sweet, consoling therapists on their own & I took comfort in absently petting them as I looked over my choices.
  
  I was pretty distraught (still am) but the worker helped me through it, was patient w me, filled the paperwork out for me, made the decisions easy, did not try to oversell anything, wasn't pushy, & even suggested things I otherwise would've forgotten, like taking a lock of her hair. After the admin process was done she let me stay as long as I liked to say my final goodbyes.
  
  2wks later I picked up my dog's ashes along w all the keepsakes I ordered. Yes the process took 2wks mainly because I wanted a paw print & it takes a while for those to set & they make sure they have a perfect print solidified b4 they proceed w cremation because of crs if the animal is already cremated u can't go back & repeat a paw print. I also wanted her individually cremated & basically just wanted everything done right. It was. The 2wk wait time was perfectly acceptable to me as I slowly used the time to clear my dog's old items from my home & slowly begin to heal.
  
  I received a certificate of cremation certifying what took place, the ashes in a beautiful box, a beautiful keepsake, an angel pin, & a donation made in my dog's memory (I've attached pics of all). I left in tears but got a comforting hug from the woman who so wonderfully helped me do the best for my deceased companion.
  
  I do highly recommend this place to anyone who is feeling the heartbreak I feel now over losing my faithful friend. Heavenly Days made the process as smooth, professional, & stress free as possible.

  The staff are very caring, professional,and sensitive to your needs. We felt very comfortable letting them take care of our family dogs arrangements before we brought him home for good.

  They do amazing work and make you feel comforted while your dealing with your pet's passing. Very appreciative of everything they did.
