“This is one of the best kept secrets of Frederick. He's usually here by 6 in the evening. That's right the evening you don't have to take off of work to drop off your vehicle. I dropped off a vehicle that needed the transmission rebuilt in it and he was able to do that within a 3-day turnaround. Outstanding work and the price was unbeatable. I've talked to four other shops getting a quote in Frederick and this one was by far the fairest. Great guy really knows his stuff. He also restores vintage cars and builds drag racers. This is all an all-around outstanding mechanic shop. My wife has dropped her vehicle off here and he talks to her like a person and does not talk down to her like some other mechanic shops have in Frederick. Now there are too many fly by night operations seeking short term profits at the expense of long term viability. That’s not the case with Primo. Far from it. It’s clear that the owner of Primo isn’t trying to make a nickel between now and next Tuesday. Instead Primo does things right, no aggressive sales tactics, patient answering questions, treats you like a customer, and keeps their word. They welcome you into the shop and encourage you to sit on and test drive bikes. It was clear that Primo makes sure all the bikes they sell hit a high quality standard far exceeding what you generally find in the used motorcycle market. In other words, the business stresses bike reliability and safety before even considering letting the bikes hit the sales floor. You might find a marginally cheaper bike from a private seller, but those machines have rarely had the Primo treatment before hitting the sales page. Simply put, your going to ride out of Primo with a turn key motorcycle without having to make a substantial investment in repairs or catch up maintenance. I purchased a Harley from Primo recently, and I would do it again without hesitation. Excellent used motorcycle dealer and fantastic business.”

“This guy did a great job at my tint and I'm very happy with the service but even more so was his personal service. From the moment I drove up and he greeted me, we talked and he answered all my questions and explained simply the levels of tinting (aspects). At the time of service he explained that he was in a temporary location but had some accommodation for waiting. He took to see that I'd be comfortable and brought me a cold drink. During the installation he checked in with me and called me out to show me the progress halfway through. At one point there was a problem with the roll of tint he was using, which he again, kept me informed of. He was able to correct the issues and it looks great. I got an amazing price, and he is very cool guy, really taking care of his customers. I typically don't do 5 stars but this small business was a great experience, both services rendered and customer care.”
