“Reading the other reviews, I'm compelled to give my own to provide some perspective. Yes, I've sometimes had to wait to be seen; but I've never had any medical provider where that wasn't the case on occasion. Every doctor I've ever seen there has been excellent and shown a commitment to my well being and that of my kids. That includes treatment for my spinal fusion and my daughter's tumor. This isn't a GP. You may have to wait a little longer, but good care for serious issues is certainly worth the wait.”

The staff was attentive and helpful then and they are today. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and patient with our questions. Dr. Mistry's demeanor put me and my 15 year old at ease. He provided a brief overview of the procedure at our first visit, talked with me about the procedure after completing it, and followed up later in the day to check on my daughter. “Since we arrived here in Maryland our address in Middletown. Where we lived is walking distance to the clinic. Our family doctor was Dr Bae, who is now retired. My family has been going to this clinic and never experienced any rudeness from the staff. They always seemed very pleasant to talk to and answers any question I had. When Dr Baer retired, I met the nurse assistant to Dr Kaleta, and again she was pleasant and helpful. Met with Dr Kaleta, and she seems that she does care for her patients, will asked how are feeling, etc... Dr Kaleta is my family doctor, she is upfront with me about my health and what I needed to do. For every Doctor in The medical field, they do their very best to service their patients. Dr Kaleta does her job well. Been with this clinic for a long time. I know a good doctor when I see one, and Dr Kaleta is one of them.”
