“This yoga studio is awesome! The instructors are all super nice and welcoming. Going to yoga after work helps me end my day in a relaxed and refreshed state, no matter how stressful the day felt. The studio also has friendly students which helps you feel welcome whether you come to class with a friend or alone. I just started yoga and don't have any idea what I am doing, but all of the instructors, including Chrissy with whom I take heated vinyasa yoga with on Thursday evening, are patient and willing to help me find the correct position in a safe and comfortable manner. I love going to this studio so much that I am willing to make the 20 minute drive out to new market from Frederick. I highly recommend this studio for anyone trying to get a great workout in or trying to escape the stress of everyday life. ????????‍♂️”
