“It's really 3 stars, not 4, but...I like going there for one main reason: they accept my Sears card for payment. There are times when I simply have zero expendable income but my Sears card has a very high credit limit so I will go there and use my card. There are SOME clothing items that are nice--my son loves the Everlast shorts. However, Everlast SHOES have been nicknamed "Neverlast". They also have one of the best selections of Redskins/Ravens and Steelers items around. I have found the exact same items elsewhere for typically $5 per item more. I also like their extended Sunday hours. The store IS lacking in sales help, as others have mentioned, but at the end of the day, it is significantly easier to navigate around KMart than it is to do the same at Walmart. They just need a more varied selection. And more customers. :-/”

“Originally purchased a mattress at the Chambersburg location and Shane was great to work with. Came home to Frederick and wanted to change to a different mattress. Ryan was very helpful and patient even though he was not our original sales person and wasn't getting commission. “All Around Plumbing is who my builder used, so when it came to getting warranty work done they were who I called. The Techs were always punctual and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to patiently explain what the issue was and how they were going to fix the issue. Now my home is no longer under the builder warranty but I still reached out to All Around Plumbing when a previous issue resurfaced. They are a compassionate team of people, from owner, to appointment line, to Techs and went above and beyond to quickly resolved my issue and extended the warranty on the part. Their attention to customer service is superior and second to none. I can't beat their convenient location, either. They're just down the street. This company Rocks!!!”
