There was information which was not updated in the Delaware DMV records abd was preventing me from getting a vehicle tagged in Maryland. Since I had received a temp tag for the vehicle, I was not aware of the issue. Claudia abd Laura both helped by calling not only Delaware DMV but Maryland as well. Yesterday (Friday) I was at the dealership, purchasing that vehicle. I was finishing paperwork at 4:45pm and like every person who is purchasing a new car, waned to driver it home badly. I didn't think that I'd be able to get anyone given it was literally close of business, on a Friday, and the Friday of a long holiday weekend (Labor Day). I called and got Claudia herself on the phone. She was nothing but helpful, patient and because she wad there i wad able to drive it home. I also want to say Laura, has been amazing!! I actually received an email from her at 430pm on Friday, and the only reason she wasn't there was because Claudia had sent her staff home a little early to let them start their long and well deserved weekend. She has followed up with me, and I hope that even though Claudia actually processed the change, that she knows how instrumental Laura has been.
